Town Houses

The tradition of decorative painting typically relates to period-style work; however we love the challenge of reinventing the art form and creating contemporary designs. Click on the Contemporary & Classic sections below to see examples of each.

The Gary Hume style portrait was commissioned by the architect to complement the colours in this minimal room. Facing the portrait is another commissioned artwork designed to reflect the proportions of the sofa and wall. The green leaf wallpaper makes a bold statement and gives a wonderful sense of depth to any room.

The leaf theme continues on to the staircase banister that consists of 2500 individually gilded leaves.

Featured in the classic section is a painted silk damask effect, this is all produced directly on to the wall using hand-cut stencils. The beauty of this design is it can be tailor made to fit the room exactly. Also shown are distressed panels, a leaf stencil and colour-washed stripes.

The right wallpaper can sometimes be very hard to find. This tree design wallpaper was commissioned exclusively to balance the furnishings in this drawing room.
